Medni is the wife of Adam Kadyrov, son of Chechen leader Ramzan. Ramzan’s daughter, Ayshat, announced the wedding in June 2025 (Caucasian Knot, 2025). It took place in a lavish three-day ceremony in Tsentoroy at the end of June. A Muslim marriage (nikah) reportedly took place a year earlier, in June 2024 (OC Media, 2025).
Contradictory information exists about Medni’s familial ties. OC Media reported that she is the daughter of Federation Council Senator Suleyman Geremeyev (OC Media, 2025). Kavkaz Realii, however, claimed that she is the granddaughter of State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov (Kavkaz Realii, 2025).
