Brief description
Aleksey Chudan founded the International Centre for Special Forces (later renamed the Russian University of Spetsnaz (RUS)) in Gudermes in June 2017. He was also 100% owner of the sports training centre Master, which rented the land on which the Centre was built, and he headed the Chechen Target Practice Federation that was founded by Chechen Head Ramzan Kadyrov’s advisor on security issues, Daniil Martynov. Chudan served as RUS director until March 2023.
