Brief description
The Chechen Target Practice Federation is the regional branch of the national sports organisation, the Russian Target Practice Federation. It was founded by Daniil Martynov, at the time advisor to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on security issues. It collaborates closely with the Russian University of Spetsnaz, which is located in the same town, and its members often train people there.
