Brief description
Andrey Bogatov (Brodyaga) is an experienced Wagner commander. He commanded the Fourth Assault Detachment during the battle for Palmyra in spring 2016, where he lost an arm — and for which he was awarded the Hero of Russia. He later served with the Hayan Gas Company and with Wagner in Libya in 2020-2021.
