Khasan Abduyev is the director of the Chechen Target Practice Federation and a trainer at the Russian University of Spetsnaz. He has regularly participated in international shooting competitions.
Abduyev claimed in July 2023 that all of RUS’ instructors had travelled to the “special military operation” in Ukraine (Chechnya Today, 2023). By logical extension, Abduyev has therefore participated in the war there, although he did not explicitly state this.
