Musa Dadayev is a Chechen deputy prime minister. He was a former bodyguard for Chechen separatist leader Dzhokhar Dudayev and fought in both Chechen wars on the side of the rebels, but defected and became a close ally of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
