Concord was the primary umbrella business used by 
Prigozhin, Yevgeniy to finance 
Wagner and its affiliated enterprises. It was created in 2010 as the name for a series of factories supplying school meals, first in St Petersburg and then in Moscow; the state financing for this project was approved by then-Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Beglov, Aleksandr. Over time it evolved to supply catering to the Emergencies Ministry and the Ministry of Defence, acquiring 90% of all military catering contracts (worth an estimated $2.9bn) either directly or through shell companies by the end of 2012. Eventually also constructed military bases and provided other sources (Margolin (2024):31-33).
