Brief description
The Service of Organisational Personnel Activities is a branch of the Federal Security Service (FSB). It is the human resources department for the service. It is comprised of three main entities: the Directorate of Special Registrations; the Organisational Planning Directorate; and the Personnel Directorate (Soldatov and Borogan, 2010).
