Brief description
Megastroyinvest is a Chechen construction company. It was originally owned by the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation, but the company’s registration details in the Unified State Register of Legal Persons (EGRYuL) as of June 2025 no longer shows any formal affiliation with it.

Operations
MBKh Media, citing data from SPARK-Interfax, reported that in 2020 Megastroyinvest was awarded 39 state contracts worth RUB 3.956 bn. All of the contracts were awarded by the Chechen Ministry of Construction and Housing. Ten related to the acquisition of housing, six to the construction of kindergartens, five to water supply networks, four to the construction of schools, and one to the construction of a polyclinic. The largest contract was worth RUB 438 mn, for the construction of a school in Argun (MBKh Media, 2021).
