Adam Delimkhanov met with Vostok commander Aleksandr Khodakovskiy to discuss the latter’s remarks about the preparedness of the Chechen security services. Kadyrov, commenting on the meeting, claimed Khodakovskiy’s comments were based on first impressions and he had since had an opportunity to be convinced of their professionalism. A video shows Delimkhanov and Khodakovskiy, with the latter offering a positive assessment of Chechen forces. The meeting supposedly took place near Mariupol.
