Parliamentary Speaker Magomed Daudov met with participants of the special military operation who had published a video appeal to Ramzan Kadyrov, complaining that they had been denied payments and medical assistance after their return. Two people had appeared in the video, but four complainants met with Daudov, who explained the errors behind their complaints.
